Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef based in Abeokuta. - The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, develop menus, and maintain food quality standards. - Responsibilities include managing a team of kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance, sourcing ingredients, and creating innovative dishes. - The role requires collaboration with the management team to execute culinary strategies that enhance the guest dining experience. Required Qualifications: - Culinary skills such as menu development, food preparation, and cooking techniques - Management skills including team leadership, staff training, and kitchen operations management - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Creativity and innovation in developing unique dishes and adapting to customer preferences - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Experience in a similar executive or head chef role is preferred - Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is an advantage
