## Title: Executive Cashier
Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Executive Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and support smooth front-office operations. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous hands-on cashiering experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately (cash, POS, transfers, USSD)
- Issue receipts, balance cash drawers, and maintain daily financial records
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile POS settlement
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant service experience
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions and ensure zero cash discrepancies
- Report any POS or payment issues to the supervisor for quick resolution
- Ensure compliance with all company financial and operational procedures
- Support inventory checks and assist with store operations when needed
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 – 2 years of proven experience as a cashier or front-desk officer
- Strong numerical accuracy and record-keeping ability
- Proficiency with POS terminals, cash handling, and basic Excel
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and well-organized
- Available for immediate resumption
- Residing in or near Lekki is an added advantage
