## Title: Executive Assistant to Chairman

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Chairman, who oversees multiple businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, proactive, discreet, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic and high-level executive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize an active calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel across all the Chairman's companies
  • Prepare and coordinate high-level presentations, briefing materials, reports, and board documents
  • Attend meetings (where required), take minutes, and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with senior executives, clients, partners, and government officials on behalf of the Chairman
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism
  • Coordinate logistics for business and personal travel, including visa arrangements, transportation, and accommodation
  • Support the Chairman with project tracking, research, and executive summaries across multiple ventures
  • Oversee and manage communication flow including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Assist with personal tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Chairman

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or top-level leaders, preferably in a group or multi-business structure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional planning, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
