## Title: Executive Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Assistant located in Mowe, Ogun State.

The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative assistance, manage expense reports, and offer comprehensive executive support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and manage executive calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents and correspondence
  • Handle expense reports and financial documentation
  • Ensure smooth communication within the executive team
  • Support office efficiency and productivity through administrative coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters

Required Qualifications

  • Executive and administrative assistance experience
  • Proven experience handling expense reports and providing executive support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous)
