## Title: Executive Assistant
About the Role
LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations and supporting senior leadership with their daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and appointment scheduling to optimize time management for the Managing Director
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email distribution
- Maintain comprehensive electronic and paper filing systems
- Coordinate all executive travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations
- Manage and monitor travel budgets with detailed tracking and communication
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and meeting minutes
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow across all departments
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Maintain company schedules for birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations
- Manage special projects and committee assignments as needed
- Handle personal errands for the executive team as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
