## Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role

Intelligent Innovations Limited is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who will play a central role in training coordination, project management, and executive support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, loves organising people and processes, and can support company-wide training activities while ensuring seamless task monitoring and delivery.

You will be excellent with people, strong in communication, and able to self-manage with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all training programs for the organisation
  • Handle training logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, reminders, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain a training calendar and track all sessions, facilitators, materials, and resources
  • Ensure executives and teams stay on track with deadlines, priorities, and deliverables
  • Monitor and track ongoing company projects and executive initiatives
  • Support departmental coordination to ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed on time
  • Ensure seamless flow of information between teams and stakeholders
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff, clients, partners, and training participants
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Training Coordinator

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Calendly, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise time-sensitive activities
  • Excellent self-management and the ability to work without supervision
  • Strong people relationship skills; warm, professional, and diplomatic approach
  • Exceptional organisational and attention to detail
