## Title: Executive Assistant
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth, providing support to the Chief Executive Officer in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prioritize appointments and ensure the CEO is adequately prepared for each engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CEO
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events involving the CEO
- Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations for the CEO, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary planning
- Handle visa applications, expense reports, and reimbursement requests related to travel
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Represent the CEO and the company professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc in any relevant field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle unexpected challenges
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
