## Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Executive Assistant at Elvaridah in Lagos, Nigeria.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Prepare correspondence, briefs, reports, minutes of meetings, and presentations for the CEO
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and internal communications
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion

Strategic Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and all internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and department heads, ensuring timely flow of information
  • Track departmental deliverables, ensuring tasks and reports are completed on schedule
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action points

Operational Oversight Support

  • Support the CEO in monitoring company performance metrics and project milestones
  • Consolidate and review departmental reports before submission to the CEO
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions
  • Maintain organized documentation and a structured system for management reports

Research, Analysis & Special Projects

  • Conduct background research and prepare summaries to aid decision-making
  • Manage execution of specific projects delegated by the CEO
  • Support planning and coordination of executive meetings, strategy sessions, and reviews
