## Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to assigned senior executives or departmental heads. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective workflow within the department. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for assigned executives
  • Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate departmental activities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Maintain filing systems and records for easy document retrieval
  • Handle travel logistics and expense reports where applicable
  • Act as a liaison between the executive office, staff, and external partners
  • Provide administrative support on special projects or assignments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
