## Title: Executive Assistant

Role Summary

Bridgemead Consulting, an established productivity consulting firm, is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and technically skilled Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will provide strategic, operational, and administrative support; coordinate cross-functional activities; and ensure seamless liaison between the MD, internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD's schedule, meetings, priorities, and workflow
  • Prepare reports, research briefs, presentations, and business documents
  • Track departmental deliverables, project timelines, and performance indicators
  • Coordinate internal communication between the MD and departmental heads
  • Act as liaison with clients, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Review business documents, proposals, and client deliverables for accuracy
  • Support HR and consulting operations and ensure follow-up on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in consulting or professional services
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • High professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask
  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities
