Key Responsibilities: Operational Support:
  • Ensure the school's daily operational needs are met by opening classrooms each morning and securing the premises at the end of the day.
  • Your punctuality and reliability in managing these tasks are crucial for the seamless functioning of our educational activities.
Content Management:
  • Utilize WordPress or similar CMS platforms to upload and manage educational content, ensuring that materials are current, accessible, and effectively organized.
Attendance Management:
  • Oversee and manage teacher attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking of time and presence to maintain a consistent teaching schedule.
Teacher Support and Feedback:
  • Act as a liaison between the administration and teaching staff, providing timely feedback and support to teachers to foster and environment of continuous improvement and excellence in education.
Student Assistance:
  • Assist students with navigating the Learning Management System (LMS), addressing technical or payment issues promptly to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience.
External Liaison:
  • Communicate with external entities such as government bodies, suppliers, and other stakeholders on matters of importance to the school, ensuring that relationships are maintained, and school interests are represented.
Marketing and Communication:
  • Support marketing initiatives by managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and promoting school events to build community engagement and school visibility.
Event Documentation:
  • Capture significant school events through photography, contributing to the school's promotional materials and online presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
