Position Overview:

- Ensure the school's daily operational needs are met by opening classrooms each morning and securing the premises at the end of the day.
- Your punctuality and reliability in managing these tasks are crucial for the seamless functioning of our educational activities.
- Utilize WordPress or similar CMS platforms to upload and manage educational content, ensuring that materials are current, accessible, and effectively organized.
- Oversee and manage teacher attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking of time and presence to maintain a consistent teaching schedule.
- Act as a liaison between the administration and teaching staff, providing timely feedback and support to teachers to foster and environment of continuous improvement and excellence in education.
- Assist students with navigating the Learning Management System (LMS), addressing technical or payment issues promptly to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience.
- Communicate with external entities such as government bodies, suppliers, and other stakeholders on matters of importance to the school, ensuring that relationships are maintained, and school interests are represented.
- Support marketing initiatives by managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and promoting school events to build community engagement and school visibility.
- Capture significant school events through photography, contributing to the school's promotional materials and online presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
