## Title: Execution Planning Advisor III
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Execution Planning Advisor III at Scruples Resources in Lagos, Nigeria.
Main Functions
You will lead the development of execution planning efforts, including coordination of Front End Execution Planning (FEEP) activities by:
- Ensuring audits of Contractors, Suppliers, and Project Teams are scheduled and conducted; leading Project Team audits and participating in Contractor audits as appropriate
- Leveraging cross-functional input via Front End Execution Planning workshops to identify execution issues at key Select and Define Stage milestones
- Defining and implementing specific work programs focused on developing mitigation plans and delineating basic execution elements to confirm feasibility
- Monitoring project status and issues, supporting the project team as required during the Execute Stage
- Serving as an execution and execution planning Subject Matter Expert
Key Responsibilities
Execution Planning Deliverables:
- Coordinate development of execution planning deliverables, including defining and developing key execution planning deliverables and timing that support the relevant business case during Planning for Development, leading to Gate 1
- Support Concept Select/Gate 2, Checkpoint 1, and Gate 3 in accordance with agreed milestones
FEEP Coordinator Role (when assigned):
- Design and lead FEEP Phase 1 (pre-Concept Selection Approval) and Phase 2 (post Concept Selection through Checkpoint I) work efforts
- Set up and facilitate FEEP workshops, ensuring attendance of appropriate personnel
- Coordinate development of and steward work programs in FEEP Charters and integration of execution bases to support Concept Selection, Gate, and Checkpoint deliverables
- Work with functions to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure quality of work products produced as part of the FEEP process
- Monitor and report the status and progress of FEEP work efforts to stakeholders
- Obtain functional and project management agreement on specified project deliverables
