## Title: Events & Activation Officer
Job Summary
The Events & Activation Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing creative events and brand activations that boost market visibility and drive customer engagement for a leading FMCG/lifestyle & beauty company. The role involves managing end-to-end event processes, handling vendors, optimizing activation impact, and ensuring all activities reflect the brand's identity and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute activation strategies that position the brand competitively
- Create and manage event plans, timelines, and budgets for smooth execution
- Oversee on-ground event operations including setup, branding, staff coordination, engagement, and breakdown
- Lead the execution of pop-ups, mall activations, roadshows, experiential campaigns, and promotional events
- Negotiate and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with marketing team members for campaign integration and content creation
- Capture customer data, track leads, and share insights with sales and marketing teams
- Prepare post-event reports covering engagement, attendance, leads, expenses, and ROI
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new activation opportunities
- Manage documentation such as contracts, proposals, permits, and activation calendars
- Maintain strong brand visibility through consistent and high-quality signage and merchandising
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, PR, Event Management, or related field
- 2–4 years hands-on experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand activations
- Proven experience managing pop-ups, roadshows, mall activations, or promotional campaigns
- Strong vendor and team management experience
- Prior experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or beauty industry (especially hair care)
