A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Summary: - We are seeking a skilled and dedicated EV/CNG Cold Chain Systems Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will handle the maintenance, repair, and installation of electric and CNG-powered vehicles as well as static and mobile cold chain systems used for transportation, storage, and logistics. - The role requires practical experience in 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler vehicles, refrigeration systems, and electrical/electronic troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, service, and repair electric and CNG vehicles including 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and 4-wheelers. - Install, inspect, and maintain mobile cold chain units (vehicle-mounted refrigeration systems). - Operate and troubleshoot static cold chain systems such as cold rooms, chillers, and vaccine storage units. - Conduct performance checks, calibration, and temperature control verification. - Carry out wiring, component replacement, and system upgrades on vehicle and refrigeration systems. - Ensure all maintenance and installations meet safety, performance, and quality standards. - Keep accurate maintenance records and prepare technical service reports. - Assist in prototype testing and integration of cold chain systems into EV/CNG vehicles. - Adhere to all company safety and environmental guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements: - National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any of the following disciplines: - Mechanical Engineering - Electrical/Electronic Engineering - Mechatronics Engineering - Automobile Engineering - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technology - EV or CNG vehicle servicing - Refrigeration or cold chain maintenance (static or mobile) - General vehicle diagnostics (2W/3W/4W systems) Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler systems (mechanical and electrical). - In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, and control systems. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics. - Competence in electrical wiring, sensor installation, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with battery systems, controllers, and vehicle diagnostics tools. - Good knowledge of temperature monitoring devices and calibration methods. - Safety-focused with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
