## Title: Eurobond Trader

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in fixed-income trading and portfolio management.

Execute and manage Eurobond trades in primary and secondary markets
Initiate, monitor, and settle fixed-income trades in conjunction with Operations, Fund Management team, and brokerage relationships
Conduct market research and analysis on Eurobonds
Maintain accurate trade records and provide regular reports
Perform daily analysis of subsidiaries' Asset and Liability positions to determine proper fund distribution and investment decisions
Monitor risk exposure and ensure compliance with risk guidelines
Provide support for fixed-income portfolio management
Collaborate with internal teams on trading strategies and client insights
Develop position swap strategies for managing fixed-income portfolio duration
Monitor credit and duration of existing holdings to assess continued exposure
Research new investment ideas for portfolio consideration
Manage client investment portfolios
Onboard new High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) through financial instrument sales
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (ACI Dealing Certificate preferred)
3–5 years of experience in Eurobond trading within an asset management firm
Strong technical and analytical skills in fixed-income markets
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong ability in identification and implementation of process and systems improvements
Strong decision-making and consensus-building skills for the asset selection process
Ability to maintain a positive attitude when investment recommendations are reviewed and challenged by team members
Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional environment with Fund Management, Compliance, and Operations teams
