About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Esthetician who specializes in professional facial treatments and is confident working with advanced skincare technologies. The ideal candidate must be able to perform thorough skin analysis, recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products, and have excellent client service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of facial treatments
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and create tailored treatment plans
• Perform microneedling treatments
• Carry out laser hair removal procedures (training provided if needed)
• Recommend suitable skincare products based on client needs
• Upsell treatments and products effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent client experiences
• Follow all clinic protocols and treatment guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Esthetician
• Skilled in facials, microneedling, and skin analysis
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to upsell and educate clients confidently
• Team-oriented and reliable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with laser hair removal

Work Schedule

• 5 days per week (Saturdays compulsory)
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
