Estate Valuer

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct physical inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties - Determine property values using approved valuation methods and market analysis - Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in compliance with professional and regulatory standards - Research property market trends, comparable sales, and rental values - Liaise with clients, financial institutions, developers, and relevant government agencies - Provide advisory services on property investment, feasibility studies, and asset management - Ensure compliance with applicable property laws, professional ethics, and valuation guidelines - Maintain accurate valuation records, reports, and supporting documentation - Support dispute resolution, compensation claims, and rating assessments as required Requirements: & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline - Professional certification (e.g., NIESV) is an added advantage - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property valuation - Sound knowledge of Nigerian property laws, valuation principles, and real estate markets - Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valuation software/tools - High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
