Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals accurately
• Scout for new properties and expand the company's portfolio
• Develop and implement effective strategies for property marketing, leveraging both online and offline channels
• Utilize social media platforms to enhance property visibility and engagement
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate property sales and rentals
• Prepare and present detailed property reports and documentation

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or valuation
• Proficiency in property marketing and sales techniques, both online and offline
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their use in property marketing
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional certification in Estate Management or a related field (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

₦150,000 - ₦250,000 monthly
