Estate Surveyor

Position Overview: - The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for property valuation, management, leasing, and advisory services to support the organization’s real estate operations and investment objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct property valuations and market appraisals - Manage residential and commercial properties - Handle leasing, rent reviews, and tenant relations - Prepare valuation reports and feasibility studies - Advise management on property investment opportunities - Inspect properties and ensure compliance with regulations - Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in estate management or a related field - 4–5 years relevant work experience - Registered or in the process of registering with NIESV (added advantage) - Strong knowledge of Lagos property market - Excellent negotiation, communication, and report-writing skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
