Estate Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Bayit Properties and Investment Ltd seek the service of an Estate Development Executive to drive the company's Estate Development growth by finding, planning, and executing real estate projects, handling everything from market research, site acquisition, financing, and design to construction and/or maintenance  oversight, approvals, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects meet strategic goals, budgets, and timelines for residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Key duties involve business development, financial analysis, negotiation, team leadership, and ensuring compliance, all while maintaining strong client/partner relationships and reporting to senior management.
