ESG Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Job Purpose: - To implement, monitor and report the organization’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring compliance and sustainability impact across operations. Key Responsibilities: - Implement ESG policies, goals, and all reporting frameworks. - Monitor and report on ESG performance indicators. - Engage stakeholders on sustainability initiatives. - Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and social regulations. - Coordinate CSR and community engagement projects. - Support ESG audits and reporting to management. Required Qualifications: & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field. - 3–5 years’ experience in ESG, CSR, or sustainability roles. - Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (IFC PS, GRI, SASB, etc.) preferred. - Skills & Competencies: - Strong analytical and reporting ability. - Knowledge of sustainability best practices. - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills. - Efficient service delivery.
