Equipment Specialist (Laboratory / Radiology / Ultrasound) at Quantum Medical Solutions (OMS),

Position Overview - We are seeking passionate, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. - As an Equipment Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for a specific modality. - This advanced role involves complex troubleshooting, technical leadership, and training to support our field teams and ensure the highest level of service for sophisticated medical equipment. Key Responsiblities - Provide expert-level hands-on service, maintenance, and repair for equipment within your specialty (Laboratory, Radiology, or Ultrasound). - Ensure the timely and effective completion of both breakdown and preventive maintenance tasks on complex systems. - Offer advanced technical support and guidance to feld engineers and technicians, acting as a second-line resource for challenging issues. - Develop, organize, and deliver technical training modules to enhance the skills of Interact professionally with customers to resolve complex technical complaints and provide expert recommendations. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge through manufacturer-provided training and contriuous professional development. Qualifications & Experience - Diploma in Biomedical/Electronic Engineering with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, OR a bachelor's degres in engineering with 5 to 6 years of specialized experience in medical equipment maintenance. - In-depth, hands-on knowledge and proven track record in servicing Laboratory. - Radiology, or Ultrasound equipment. - Certification from or completion of official manufacturer training is highly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and effectively train other technical staff. - Outstanding communication, customer management, and leadership skills.
