Position Overview

You will be the go-to expert for technical issues, training, and advancing the team's capabilities within your domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee the timely resolution of equipment failures and the completion of scheduled maintenance
• Function as a key technical resource, providing remote and on-site support to field engineers
• Design and conduct technical training programs for engineers and technicians to build team competency
• Utilize strong customer-facing skills to manage relationships, resolve issues, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies through ongoing training, including manufacturer-led programs

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Biomedical/Electronic Engineering with 6 to 8 years of specialized experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5 to 6 years of experience in medical equipment maintenance
• Deep, hands-on expertise in servicing Dental equipment, Freezers, or Autoclaves
• Formal manufacturer training in the relevant specialty is highly desirable
• Proven experience in creating technical documentation and delivering effective training
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
