Equipment Installation Site Engineer (RAN) at Connig Technoserve

About the Role

We are seeking an Equipment Installation Site Engineer (RAN) to join our dynamic and expanding team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment installation projects. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and with the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Integrated Solution Manager in developing detailed hardware installation guides for site-related equipment
• Support the Engineering Manager in creating and executing engineering implementation plans
• Manage on-site subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards
• Collect and organize documentation related to equipment installation, testing, debugging, and acceptance processes
• Implement site construction solutions and oversee site construction progress and quality

Required Experience

• Relevant experience in equipment installation, RAN engineering, or a related site engineering role
