Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and performance-driven Environmental Supervisor to oversee the activities of Environmental Officers within an assigned Local Government Area (LGA) in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring team performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and maintaining operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor Environmental Officers' performance
• Ensure officers meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Conduct attendance checks and validate transport allowance payments
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Provide feedback, mentoring, and training support to officers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be EHCON licensed/registered or equivalent
• Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years supervisory or sales/field experience
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to prepare and interpret performance reports
• Must reside in Lagos
