## Title: Entry-Level Finance Officer – Treasury & Tax
About the Role
Fort Knox Group is seeking a qualified Entry-Level Finance Officer to support our treasury and tax operations in Lagos. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop expertise in treasury management and Nigerian tax compliance while contributing to our financial operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily treasury operations and cash flow tracking
- Support bank reconciliations and payment processing
- Assist with preparation and remittance of statutory deductions (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.)
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support monthly reporting and account reconciliations
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
- Liaise with internal teams on finance-related matters
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 0–1 year of professional experience (NYSC or internship experience is acceptable)
- Basic understanding of treasury operations and Nigerian tax structure
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail with a willingness to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
