## Title: Entry-Level Finance Officer – Treasury & Tax

About the Role

Fort Knox Group is seeking a qualified Entry-Level Finance Officer to support our treasury and tax operations in Lagos. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop expertise in treasury management and Nigerian tax compliance while contributing to our financial operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily treasury operations and cash flow tracking
  • Support bank reconciliations and payment processing
  • Assist with preparation and remittance of statutory deductions (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support monthly reporting and account reconciliations
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
  • Liaise with internal teams on finance-related matters
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of professional experience (NYSC or internship experience is acceptable)
  • Basic understanding of treasury operations and Nigerian tax structure
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
