## Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Swift Networks in Lagos, Nigeria as an Enterprise Sales Manager. In this role, you will manage relationships with key stakeholders across all sectors of the economy, drive new enterprise account acquisition, and expand business with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across all economic sectors to promote the company's interests and corporate strategy
  • Acquire new enterprise accounts across various market segments
  • Expand business with existing enterprise accounts with a focus on business retention
  • Oversee ICT Enterprise solutions and take overall responsibility for managing revenue, profit, and loss (P&L) of the Enterprise business
  • Implement Enterprise Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Conduct industry analyses and recommend strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability
  • Coordinate Network Solutions, Designs, and presales presentations
  • Develop strategies to monitor sales and marketing performance and KPIs for employees
  • Evaluate, measure, and enhance products
  • Coordinate tailor-made marketing solutions to increase competitiveness and revenue
  • Drive targets for the entire team in line with yearly sales budgets
  • Coordinate product development and pricing
  • Coordinate customer service and call quality assessment
  • Champion market intelligence, sales measurement, and evaluation
  • Provide the company with direction on sales and market share growth (volume and value)
  • Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in Enterprise Sales and the Telecoms Industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Experience in managing strategic business

  • Drive and capability to meet sales targets
