This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Job Responsiblities - Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment to the specifications of clients proposal - Maintain software applications, operating systems regularly. - Troubleshoot and resolve computer and telephony related issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support. - Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives - Respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. To also provide technical assistance and 5support. - Troubleshooting readiness log files - Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed. - Standard system administration duties including server install, System/Application install, Windows problem determination and resolution, log analysis, etc. Knowledge Requirement - MS Enterprise Applications - Software applications Virtualisation technologies - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP protocols and applications implementing them. - System administration and basic networking. Skills: Requirement: - Operating system skills - Configuration Skills - System administration skills - Technical skills - Ability to work under pressure and in teams - Good problem-solving ability - Ability to effectively communicate by phone or in person. - Written communication skills. - Ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and work with various customers and management levels. - Analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work/learn in a fast-paced environment.
