## Title: T24 Transact Support Specialist / Enterprise Application Support
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ikeja with the flexibility to work remotely when required. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise and business application platforms, deliver exceptional customer support, and ensure efficient resolution of system-related inquiries and problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve technical issues across enterprise and business applications
- Answer client questions and provide timely technical support
- Troubleshoot systems and software to ensure seamless platform operation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Ensure efficient and effective resolution of system-related inquiries
- Document technical issues and solutions clearly for future reference
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting systems and software
- Strong analytical skills to assess and solve complex problems effectively
- Proficiency in customer support with a track record of excellent client service and satisfaction
- Knowledge of Glassfish, CRM, Customer Onboarding applications, and 3CX
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and client interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with T24 Transact or similar banking platforms
