## Title: T24 Transact Support Specialist – Enterprise Application Support

About the Role

Fast Credit Limited seeks a dedicated Enterprise Application Support Specialist for a full-time hybrid position based in Ikeja, Nigeria. This role offers flexibility to work remotely when required while providing comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all enterprise and business application platforms
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and ensure excellent client service satisfaction
  • Answer client questions and address system-related inquiries and problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless platform operation
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with clients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting systems and software
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and solve complex problems effectively
  • Proficiency in customer support with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of GlassFish, CRM, Customer Onboarding applications, 3CX, and M365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks
  • Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with T24 Transact or similar banking platforms
