Position Overview: - The English Language Tutor will be responsible for delivering structured, high-quality English language instruction to students across varying proficiency levels. - The role focuses on teaching, student development, and exam preparation within a professional language-learning environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging English language lessons for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners. - Teach core language skills including speaking, listening, reading, writing, and speaking. - Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with language proficiency standards and course objectives. - Support students preparing for examinations such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT English, OET, GRE, GMAT or assessments. - Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and continuous evaluation. - Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to learners. - Maintain accurate attendance records, student reports, and performance documentation. - Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles, including adult and corporate learners. - Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings when required. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in English language instruction. - Excellent command of spoken and written English. - Strong classroom management and communication skills. - Ability to teach both individual and group classes effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience teaching adult learners or professionals. - Familiarity with international exam preparation frameworks.
