Engineering Support (Pre-Sales) at Smartflow Technologies Limited

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Smartflow Technologies Limited in Lagos, Nigeria as an Engineering Support specialist in a pre-sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage all assigned tasks with proper record keeping and documentation
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including support, sales, engineering, product management, and consulting
• Plan and execute comprehensive project surveys for new projects according to company SOP
• Effectively schedule surveys, follow all approved work processes, and communicate promptly to all parties involved
• Generate accurate project solutions, design drawings, and BOMs
• Create engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant tools
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Improve work processes and establish standards and systems to increase reliability and efficiency
• Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are carried out safely through proper systems
• File and maintain documentation of engineering projects
• Assist in surveys for new projects to be executed
• Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related position
• B.Sc./HND degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (essential and mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
