About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Lead who will take ownership of our technical platforms, manage a cross-functional engineering team, and ensure delivery of secure, innovative, and scalable products. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery
• Architect, design, and oversee the development of secure, scalable platforms for financial services and e-commerce solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Cybersecurity, and Business teams to align technical development with business goals
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage system performance, availability, and reliability across all platforms
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing emerging technologies
• Oversee vendor and third-party integrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements
• Participate in technical hiring and team growth

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building systems in financial services and/or e-commerce environments
• Strong knowledge of modern backend and frontend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, React, Java, etc.)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong background in security, payments systems, and APIs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
