## Title: End User Support Engineer
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Zamfara. As an End User Support Engineer, you will provide troubleshooting, technical support, and customer support services on a day-to-day basis, with expertise in operating systems and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users
- Deliver customer support and customer service excellence
- Demonstrate expertise in operating systems and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve network printer issues
- Manage device patching and updates
- Work effectively under pressure and collaborate within a team environment
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- ITILv4 Certification
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience working in a telecommunications company

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Certification
