Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with Dekina Beauty's brand voice and marketing goals
• Write engaging, on-brand email copy and subject lines that improve open and click-through rates
• Design and schedule email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
• Segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted messages
• Collaborate with content, design, and social media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Analyze email performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion, unsubscribe) and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and visuals to maximize engagement
• Manage customer retention and re-engagement campaigns
• Stay updated on email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices in the beauty industry

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for engaging, feminine, and persuasive language
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit)
• Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and drive strategy from data
