An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Description - We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Trainees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to join our team. - This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to real plant operations and maintenance activities. Responsibilities - Participate in structured on-the-job training across mechanical and electrical sections. - Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment. - Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution. - Learn and apply company engineering standards, safety, and operational procedures. - Prepare and present reports on assigned tasks and learning progress. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve equipment reliability and performance. Requirements - B.Eng / B.Tech/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). - 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). - Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn in a practical, industrial environment. - Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or maintenance software is an advantage. - Candidates with close proximity to Kaduna, Niger and Abuja are encouraged to apply.
