Electrical Engineer (Panels Design & Installation) at ACO Nigeria

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience from reputable organizations within the renewable energy, solar, or power infrastructure sectors, with proven expertise in electrical and control panel systems design, installation, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical and control panels tailored to project requirements
• Install, test, and commission electrical panels and associated systems
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety practices
• Collaborate with project and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions

Requirements

• HND / B.Eng / M.Eng in Electrical or related Engineering field
• Proven experience in electrical and control panel design and installation within the renewable energy or power solutions industry
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain electrical control systems
• Familiarity with hybrid and solar-based energy systems (advantageous)
