Electrical Engineer IV at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer (Level 4) to join our technical team. The successful candidate will lead design efforts, oversee workshop drawing preparation, and support on-site execution. This role involves providing advanced technical guidance, preparing project reports, and ensuring that all electrical installations conform to engineering standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project reports following site inspections and assessments
• Assist in the preparation of material technical submittals, quantifications, and variation documentation
• Provide technical guidance to subcontractors, vendors, and site teams as required
• Review and interpret working drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Support electrical system design, testing, and commissioning activities
• Participate in project coordination meetings and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
• Ensure all electrical works are executed in line with approved designs and quality standards
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Engineering Lead

Health, Safety & Environmental (OHSE) Responsibilities

• Promote compliance with company health, safety, and environmental regulations within the engineering team
• Ensure all project personnel follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
• Identify and report workplace hazards, incidents, or non-conformities immediately
• Participate in emergency drills and contribute to a positive safety culture
• Champion environmental awareness initiatives such as energy efficiency and waste reduction

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in electrical design and project execution
• Experience with material submittals and technical documentation
