About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Electrical Designer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, drafting, and layout development for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to convert concepts into detailed electrical drawings that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and review electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics using industry-standard software
• Prepare electrical plans for lighting, power distribution, control panels, grounding systems, cable routing, and related components
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Modify existing drawings based on feedback, site conditions, or regulatory requirements
• Ensure all electrical designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications
• Conduct site visits to gather information or verify as-built conditions when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation and organize project files for easy reference
• Provide technical support during installation or project execution stages

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years' proven experience as an Electrical Designer
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with power systems design and low-voltage systems
