Position Overview

The Eatery Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness standards
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations

Skills & Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift trays, plates, and other items up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy, noisy environment
