Eatery Manager (QSR)

About the Role

Ibizza Pit Hotels & Suites Limited is seeking a qualified Eatery Manager to oversee restaurant operations and drive business growth. This position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality goals are achieved
• Maintain efficient restaurant operations while upholding high standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service
• Implement strategies to address operational trends and improve sales performance
• Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability; order products as necessary to prevent stockouts of raw materials and finished goods
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, property management, product handling, equipment use, and food safety compliance
• Prepare and manage outlet cash flow and budget efficiently
• Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships through neighborhood marketing and excellent customer relationship management
• Train, manage, and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance in line with established standards
• Ensure supply of high-quality materials and prevent stockouts of both raw and finished goods
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities; provide relevant information to support management decision-making
• Contact potential customers to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets; communicate the advantages of company products
• Respond promptly to business inquiries via email, telephone, and in-person visits; follow up on all leads
• Develop and deliver business plans through research and surveys
• Formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in restaurant or quick service restaurant management
