Key Responsibilities: Instruction and Curriculum Delivery - Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the approved curriculum. - Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils. - Integrate technology and creative teaching strategies into classroom instruction. - Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom resources. Assessment and Progress Monitoring - Assess pupils’ academic progress through formative and summative evaluations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupil performance. - Provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents. - Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher conferences. Classroom Management - Establish and maintain positive classroom discipline. - Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. - Promote respect, cooperation, and responsible behavior among pupils. Pastoral Care and Student Development - Support pupils’ social and emotional development. - Identify learners who may require additional academic or behavioural support. - Collaborate with school leadership and support staff when necessary. Collaboration and Professional Development - Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. - Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery.
