About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Manager to join our expanding team at Westfield Consulting. In this role, you will oversee and expand the company's online sales operations, managing our e-commerce platform while developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy
• Manage and optimize the company's website and online store
• Lead online marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversions
• Oversee product listing, pricing, and digital merchandising
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
• Ensure a seamless, customer-centric online shopping experience
• Execute other related e-commerce and digital sales functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management within the retail sector
• Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify or WordPress) and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
