E-Commerce Manager

Role Purpose - We are looking for a results-driven E‑Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and digital operations. - The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, optimize customer experience, and manage end-to-end e-commerce processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage SKLD’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions. - Collaborate with Marketing to run digital campaigns and optimize traffic and conversions. - Analyze sales data and customer behavior to provide actionable insights. - Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure excellent online customer service. - Manage relationships with vendors, payment gateways, and logistics partners. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. - 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital operations. - Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital analytics. - Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
