Duty Manager (Immediate Resumption) at Class Suites Hotels & Apartments

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Responsibilities - Guest Experience: Act as the main point of contact for guest complaints, offering empathetic solutions and ensuring prompt follow-up. - Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel functioning, ensuring all areas (lobby, public spaces, guest rooms) meet standards and assisting departments as needed. - Staff Supervision: Lead, motivate, and support teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B), ensuring proper staffing, training, and adherence to procedures. - Security & Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and manage crisis situations. - Communication & Reporting: Coordinate with all departments for smooth operations and report to senior management. - Financials: Handle administrative tasks, financial checks, and potentially assist with budgeting/revenue enhancement.  Requirements - Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification.
