Driver to the General Manager (GM)

Position Overview

The Driver to the General Manager is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transportation of the GM for official and authorized personal duties. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, discipline, punctuality, and familiarity with Island routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the General Manager to and from official meetings, office, events, and other assigned locations
• Ensure the GM's safety at all times while on duty
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition at all times
• Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tyres) and report faults promptly
• Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, license, road worthiness) are valid and up to date
• Plan routes in advance and avoid traffic delays where possible
• Run official errands as assigned by the GM or Management
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the GM's movements and business activities
• Observe all traffic laws and company policies at all times

• 3 - 5 years of driving experience
