Driver Support Officer, Inbound

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and service-driven Driver Support Officer (Inbound) to manage all inbound requests from drivers and clients. This role is essential in ensuring smooth driver recruitment, onboarding, and fulfillment of daily operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound driver and client requests within 30 minutes
• Fulfill all daily driver replacement, onboarding, and on-demand requests
• Screen, verify, and onboard qualified drivers according to company standards
• Maintain accurate documentation for drivers (NIN, license, guarantor details, proof of address, etc.)
• Pair drivers with client job requests and ensure timely follow-up until completion
• Track issues and resolve them within SLA timeframes using the ticketing tool
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the Driver Support Lead and Operations team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in operations or customer service roles
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Familiarity with mobility or logistics operations (an added advantage)
