Job Brief

The Driver is responsible for providing reliable and safe transportation services for the company's staff, clients, and guests. This includes driving to property sites, assisting with the delivery of documents, supporting logistics for inspections and site visits, and maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company staff, clients, and visitors to and from project sites, meetings, and other destinations as assigned
• Deliver and collect official documents, contracts, and parcels between offices, government agencies, and clients
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, properly maintained, and serviced on schedule
• Monitor vehicle condition and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and servicing
• Assist the sales or project team with logistics during site inspections, client tours, and marketing events
• Ensure compliance with all traffic rules, safety standards, and company policies
• Support general administrative tasks when required (e.g., errands, office supplies transport)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid and up-to-date driver's license
• Proven driving experience (3+ years preferred), preferably in a corporate or real estate environment
• Good knowledge of local routes and property site locations
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Neat appearance, professional attitude, and customer service orientation
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
