Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Company Driver to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, guests, and goods in a safe and timely manner while ensuring the proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, visitors, and goods to various locations as assigned
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly
• Conduct daily maintenance checks on the vehicle and notify the line manager of any issues
• Ensure adequate fueling of the vehicle before use
• Complete all trips within the stipulated time
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Monitor vehicle performance and report any faults or required repairs
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, state and federal driving regulations
• Comply with all company safety policies
• Report all accidents and incidents involving drivers or company vehicles
• Maintain accurate travel logs and fuel records
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary
• Run official errands and support logistics as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years of proven professional driving experience (corporate or private sector preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and Lagos routes (or relevant city)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary
