Role Overview

The driver will operate and control vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring the timely transportation of staff, clients, and materials to designated locations. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and materials to designated locations
• Ensure punctual and timely transportation services
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as checking oil, water, lights, and tires
• Schedule regular maintenance and servicing of vehicles with approved service providers
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents
• Ensure all relevant vehicle documentation is up to date, including insurance, registration, and roadworthiness certificates
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation and safety
• Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to the Logistics Manager immediately
• Provide courteous and professional service to staff, clients, and visitors
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings when necessary
• Support the logistics team with other duties as assigned, including running errands and deliveries
• Ensure daily cleaning of all vehicles before leaving the office premises

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
